Return
Our return policy extends for 14 days from the date of receiving your item, allowing you to request a return during this period. For a successful return, it is necessary for the item to be in the same condition as when you received it, with no signs of wear or use, complete with tags, and in its original packaging. If the packaging has been opened, we consider it as an indication that the item has been used, considering the importance of health and hygiene. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns that are used, opened, damaged, or significantly different from the original may receive a partial refund or no refund at all. For products that were originally shipped to you free of charge, please note that our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if you choose to return such items.
When preparing the returned items for shipment, please ensure that all contents, including manuals and any accompanying documentation, are securely packed in their original packaging. It is important to note that Oksigen Supply cannot be held responsible for any shipping costs or damages incurred during the return process.
